Del Rivero beach may be considered as a small bay in Punta del Diablo; it is the last beach in the north of this charming town of artisans and fishermen. Located a few blocks from the craftmen´s market, between Los Pescadores beach and the limit between Punta del Diablo and Santa Teresa, is identified by large rocks from where the landscape is spectacular.
The waves in the south area of the beach are ideal for the practice of surf throughout the year.
It is a family beach. Its dry and humid sand allows, in the enabled areas, the practice of sports such as football or beach tennis or games such as shuffleboard.
During the summer there are lifeguard service and restaurantes where you can taste juices, drinks and exquisite dishes from Punta del Diablo’s gastronomy, mainly prepared with fresh fish and seafood.
Going through "Del Rivero rocks", Santa Teresa National Park invites you to a walk along Grande Beach, a paradise of the Uruguayan coast.
