Costa Azul beach is located approximately 4 kilometers from the commercial center of La Paloma, along the promenade Costanera Tabaré Avenue, located between Antoniópolis and La Aguada beaches, linked with the latter by the dune or Cerro de La Virgen.
Cerro de La Virgen is an excellent panoramic viewpoint from which to contemplate the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean and also a perfect point for watching whales that visit our coasts from July to October. In addition, those who start the day from very early will find there the perfect place to contemplate a spectacular sunrise over the sea.
The extensive portion of Costa Azul beach allows practising sports, in the areas enabled, such as football and volleyball, or also family to enjoy long shuffle tournaments.
Open sea and crowded by families. During the summer months the beach has a lifeguard service, restaurants, free WiFi and sports activities that you can see in our calendar of events.
Like La Aguada, it is one of the most popular beaches in La Paloma for surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing, not only in summer, but also during the rest of the year.
